Faithful Career Moves is a website dedicated to helping stay-at-home moms — and anyone seeking meaningful work — re-enter the job market with clarity, confidence, and a deep sense of calling.

While this site is especially designed for women who’ve stepped away from work to raise families (and may be struggling to believe they still have something valuable to offer), the coaching process I use applies to anyone navigating a career move, at any stage or season of life.

You won't find "hidden menu" secrets or a fast path to success. No, the career advice you'll find on this site can apply to anyone, regardless of their belief system.

But as someone who worked solo for many years, I can tell you with 100% conviction that the day I started partnering with Christ in all things is when the details of my life and career began to fall into place. Suddenly, the ups and downs felt purposeful--I felt more peace in the disappointments and more blessed in the triumphs. I stopped worrying about the "what ifs" and started recognizing the hand of God in the day-to-day. Knowing the source of my success made all the difference. It gave me the comfort and encouragement I needed to venture even further.
